I was really disappointed with the support after my purchase. Once I needed help, they just stopped replying, which made the whole experience frustrating...

I reached out when I was having an issue, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They seemed to know what they were doing and got it sorted out without much hassle.

The bike folds up well and fits in my trunk, which was the main reason I bought it. That said, it’s still a little awkward to carry and definitely heavier than I pictured. The folding process takes me about a minute, nothing complicated, just not super slick either. Overall, it’s a solid choice for quick trips or saving space at home, but I wouldn’t expect it to carry around like a little suitcase

Maybe it’s just me, but I had a frustrating experience with the warranty support. I reached out expecting some kind of help or follow-up, but it felt like I was being ignored. Not the kind of support I was hoping for.

I’ve got a steep road near my house, and I thought my Onemile bike might struggle with it. To be fair, I’m not exactly making the job easy for it either since I’m on the heavier side, so if anything was slowing it down, that’s probably on me. I’ve been riding it around for a bit and it works fine overall, but the motor doesn’t feel that strong once you hit hills. On flat roads it’s okay and gets the job done, but I guess I was expecting a little more power. Not sure if it’s just my routes or what, but that’s been my experience so far...

this bike is way heavier then I thought it would be. Carrying it up the stairs is such a pain, and it feels stiff when riding, especially when I gotta turn in tighter spots. It’s just not that fun for everyday use. I kinda regret buying it.

The box arrived clean, and the bike was in perfect shape, no dents, no scratches, nothing to complain about. What more could you ask for?
